Consider This:

-  When asked the question "What do you want?", the majority of people will respond at some point with details of what they currently do not want in their life.  However, even more people will not be able to answer the question at all.

-  Within most new relationships, sex is the easiest and most frequent form of interaction.  The majority of relationships, however, will begin to experience complaints about incompatibility regarding sex within the first 8 months.

-  For every negative thought that you consciously acknowledge, you have already processed the same thought silently in your mind an average of 100 times.

- Human beings are innately incapable of breaking habits.

-  An excercise in being unconditional:  Go to a public place, just watch the people one at a time.  Be very aware of your thoughts, and see if you can go for only sixty seconds without judgement.

-  As much as you tell a child to follow specific ideals or values, they will instinctively always follow what they observe instead.

-  The majority of the most popular comedians deal regularly with anger and resentment.

-  The average person is hypnotized at least once per day without knowing it or even trying.

-  The origin of the word "happiness" has nothing to do with the word "happy".  By definition, it means  "being with whatever is happening."  In other words, being present.

- Some of the simplest enlightenment often occurs in the bathroom - ironically enough, because it's the one place we are rarely required to think.

- Our minds are incapable of distinguishing between reality and imagination.
