The Philosophy

In the over all perspective to believe in yourself as the most constructive and inclusive source of what happens to you.

Within the midst of upheaval it can be difficult to objectively view our own constructive or deconstructive reactions, habits, belief systems, and even physiological responses.  It is with a level of reconstructing that a new self awareness resulting in quantum shifts, mentally, physically and emotionally; can be obtained.

To accept your self as the dominant force in the vast majority of results, failures, dis-ease, unrest, success and happiness; thus equals responsibility.  To deny this reality places you at the mercy of any and all extrinsic forces.  If current physical, emotional or mental unrest exists, it is the result of external elements that have on some level been permitted to over-ride your own fundamental direction.

Most often unknowingly we do this to ourselves.  However, the world in which we live commonly does all it can to seize both individual choice and personal responsibility. Everything from standard education, family dynamics and history, even social protocol and religion are regular programs to the same. Naturally (UN-naturally would be more accurate) we come to rely on what we are taught to be "authorities" other than ourselves, and society schools us to suppress any responses to the contrary.

For example, when physical pain is evident we commonly have an immediate response to line up at the Doctor's door.  We often go to almost any length in fact to find a healer; be it an individual, a pill or self-help book; that will hopefully do the healing for us.  Unfortunately the very subconscious statement that even implies "Do it for me" creates a belief, a response and result of "because of myself, I cannot."

The idea that we have a vast input in the creation of most “dis-ease” seems unthinkable.  So does the notion that we ourselves can cure them.

Behind every noticeable right-now "problem" lurks the programmed belief that "I have no power to control what happens to me, especially to my body."  No matter the specific barometric position of any "problem" (physical, emotional, mental or spiritual), programmed fear-based beliefs whether conscious or not magnify the very element that you resist.

What we think we create.  As we magnify all that we fear, we too can magnify the cure.
